French logistics company Bollor\u00e9 signed a 15-year lease on an 80,000-square-foot facility adjacent to London\u2019s Heathrow International Airport. The warehouse complex is due to reach completion this month. SEGRO plc and Aviva Investors, partners in the project, announced that they have secured the leasing to Bollor\u00e9 through a joint venture.
\nThanks to its close proximity to Heathrow, the new Bollor\u00e9 facility is part of the speculatively-built Skyline development project, which also includes a 74,000-square-foot warehouse and offers international connectivity and easy access to the U.K.\u2019s national motorway network from the M4 and M25.
\nStuart Innes, managing director of Bollor\u00e9 Logistics, explained that the Skyline development will be \u201cperfectly suited\u201d to the company\u2019s long-term plans to become a major player in the air cargo industry.
