Some topics in the discussion will include collaborative efforts to address overcapacity, yield pressure, competition from integrators and the challenge of new disruptors on the scene, such as online shipping startups and e-commerce firms.<br \/>\nThe half-hour Fireside Chat session \u2013 an informal, frank dialogue on the latest issues affecting airfreight innovation \u2013 will take place at the Miami-based event at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 10.<br \/>\nWiederhold began her career at Lufthansa as a manager in network planning systems in February 1995 and fulfilled a variety of increasingly senior positions at the German carrier. \u00a0In September 2011, she was appointed Vice President Product Management and Competence Center at Lufthansa Cargo AG, reporting directly to the Board Member for Product and Sales. Wiederhold is a graduate in mathematics from Darmstadt Technical University.
