YTO Express Airlines, the air division of Shanghai-based YTO Express, has applied to the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for 14 weekly frequencies between Beijing and its hub in Hangzhou.<br \/>\nSF Airlines, the air subsidiary of Shenzhen-based SF Express, which has been in operation much longer than YTO, also applied to the CAAC to operate more weekly round-trip flights to Beijing, 14 weekly round-trips to and from Wuxi, 10 weekly rounds-trips to and from Shenzhen and six weekly round-trips to and from Hangzhou.<br \/>\nAll told, the new service adds up to 44 new flights per week to the nation\u2019s capital, and nearly seven more every day.
