The journey began at Tokyo\u2019s Narita Airport and ended in Entebbe. The load also included a winch, a down-the-hole hammer and steel parts for the bridge.<br \/>\nThe cable-stayed suspension bridge \u2013 currently one of the biggest bridge developments in Central and East Africa \u2013 is a joint project by governments of Uganda and Japan. When the bridge is complete, it is expected to improve transportation flows on the Northern Corridor route.<br \/>\nEmirates used one of its 777Fs to complete the job.
