The deal also includes the purchase of HSD Flughafen.<br \/>\nThe merger of the two subsidiaries includes the workforce, fleet, all delivery and service relations of Acciona Berlin and the concession for the Berlin-Tegel Airport. The contract will also apply to the new Berlin-Brandenburg Airport, whenever it is completed.
