Alaska Airlines has chosen SmartKargo to provide its booking engine for Alaska’s North American cargo business, the carrier recently announced.
The cloud-based software uses a “smart booking process” that is user-friendly, and has a back-end system that condenses the booking requirements onto a single screen.
